There is Hope.

I'm so glad you're looking for support.

Experiencing difficult feelings and thoughts can be extremely isolating. You might feel stuck, maybe you've tried to express yourself but don’t have the words. Trauma or loss may have occurred or you may not know why you feel this way. Your new normal might include issues in your relationships, self-destructive behaviors, depression, anxiety, or loss of hope. With Art Therapy, I support clients in finding growth during times of heightened pain. Together we can build a connection to whatever lies beneath the surface, fostering understanding, acceptance, resilience, and relief.

Art making, within a therapeutic relationship, can create pathways for expression, understanding, and acceptance of your challenging parts while tapping into your innate capacity for resilience and healing. Exploring your experience creativity can also teach you ways to cope with impulses and overwhelm, and gain mindfulness skills.
